Hours and Pay - This opportunity is a full-time position working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Pay will be based on qualifications and experience. Additional annual bonuses may be awarded for successfully managing projects and meeting financial goals. Paid Time Off will be accrued after probationary period. Qualifications - Three to five years experience in management or in a supervisory role. The ability to successfully plan, implement, and manage projects from start to finish while concisely reporting progress along the way. Previous experience and success in sales, marketing, networking, and product procurement is also highly desired. This position requires a wide range of entrepreneurial and business leadership skills in order to be successful. Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to advise, guide, train & develop staff, shrewd purchasing & negotiation skills, and sound financial management skills are of the utmost importance in ensuring success.
