An elegant wine, this Merlot is dry and complex with a soft, velvety texture. This supple wine features blackberry, red cherry, cocoa, and cedar flavors, finished with toasty oak.

You can drink it on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to a variety of dishes including roast lamb, grilled snapper, cheese soufflé, or pesto lasagna.
