Castle Rock’s 2008 Pinot Noir is produced from the grapes of California’s prestigious Napa County. The vineyards of Napa County provide excellent growing conditions for the delicate Burgundian varietal used for this exceptional 2008 Pinot Noir.

Elegant and medium-bodied, the nose of this Pinot includes complex layers of black cherry, sweet vanilla oak, spice, cinnamon and floral notes. On the palate it is smooth with silky textures, mild tannins and a long harmonious finish. This versatile food wine pairs well with lamb, roast pork, veal, salmon and light pasta dishes.
