A Guide to Your Wine Selection:
Red Wine: Red wines will appear deep red or burgundy in color with oak and earthy aromas and flavors. These bold wines often have traces of dark fruit flavors like plum, dark cherry and red currant.

White Wine: White wines are lighter and crisper in appearance and taste. Although white wines can be dry to fruity in flavor they can also be "buttery" and sweet. These wines are often crisp and fresh in taste with flavors of peach, green apple and apricot.

A Guide to Your Beer Selection:
Pale Ale: This style beer is light yellow to light copper in color. The best examples of Pale Ales will have floral, citrus and piney hop aromas. The malt aroma will often (but not always) have a caramel quality. The slight sweetness of the malt backbone helps to balance the medium bitterness of the hops.

India Pale Ale: The color of this Ale ranges from golden amber to light copper, but most are pale to medium amber with an orange-ish tint. This beer style will have a moderate to moderately high hop aroma of floral. An earthy or fruity nature is typical for an IPA. The hop flavor should be similar to the aroma (floral, earthy, fruity, and/or slightly grassy). An IPA has a higher alcohol content and a stronger bitterness than the Pale Ale.

Amber: The color of this beer option will be amber to a coppery brown. With moderately low to moderately high maltiness, Ambers also usually show a moderate caramel character. A citrusy hop character is common in Amber Ales, but not required. With a caramel sweetness and moderate hop flavor-bitterness, an Amber is more malt-driven than a Pale Ale or IPA.

Stout: A Stout is the darkest of the four beers we offer here. This full bodied beer is very dark brown in color which can often even appear black. When tasting a Stout, one often detects strong coffee and chocolate flavors with a rich "roasted" taste.
